Micki heads up our strategy team, vets talent, speaks to founders and minds the brand. A seasoned freelance strategist, she saw a need to help the best talent find a way to guarantee solid, consistent work for innovative clients. Micki believes that when “anti” meets “establishment,” great things are bound to happen. She lives in Jersey City with a house full of boys and several chickens.

Raúl is the architect of our platform and is responsible for the management of a team of engineers at Zoë Pepper. Raúl is a Scala expert and an avid taiko player. Raúl lives in Montevideo with his family and two cats.
